We are pleased to offer our Strength & Conditioning program in our newly constructed Family Pavilion which consists of an artificial turf surface along with workout equipment designed for strength portions of our program.  Performance tests will be given at the beginning and end of each program so that the athletes can see their progress and better understand the next steps to improve.

S&C (8-10) will focus on introducing children to proper running form along with basic stretches and agility work.

S&C (10-12) will focus on speed and agility drills designed for younger athletes to improve reaction times and overall quickness.

S&C (12-16) will also focus on speed and agility training but will also add a strength building component to help increase verticals, decrease sprint times, and build overall athleticism in participants.
