Our functional fitness program is a once per week class designed to help children, ages 7-10, develop proper fitness techniques by simulating movements commonly used in sports and general fitness settings.  Movements such as squatting, pushing, and pulling will be integrated in each session with a focus on making fitness fun and exciting!

Also included in the program will be nutritional tips to combine fitness with good eating habits to promote an overall healthy lifestyle.

Classes will be held outside on our covered turf field and participants should dress appropriately.

All sales are final and refunds will not be given.
