Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning programs take place on the turf field underneath our Pavilion at the Round Rock Sports Center.  We currently offer classes for ages 7-14. These programs are designed to measure and improve the fitness and athleticism of young athletes over a 6-8 week period. If you have questions or would like information on discounts for multiple registrations, please email sportscenter@roundrocktexas.gov or visit our Round Rock Sports Center Staff page.

**In the event of inclement weather, please plan to arrive at training on time unless you hear otherwise from our staff. We do our best not to cancel sessions because we understand parents plan weekly schedules based on their athletes attending training. If needed, we can always move training inside and adapt our curriculum.

My kids loved your camp! I really liked all the one-on-one attention they received and the help with shooting skills. I am very impressed with the knowledge the coaches pass along. My kids not only worked on their shooting, but the game as a whole, and they came home with a renewed enthusiasm for the game.
It’s a fun yet serious camp on teaching basketball skills. The training is more rigorous than expected. The coaches are so approachable and friendly. I, was very impressed with them!
I am so thankful that I sent my daughter to get ready for high school volleyball tryouts. By participating in your program she has continued to improve her skills, but even more importantly it has improved her confidence.
