Our Strength and Conditioning programs take place on the turf field underneath our Pavilion at the Round Rock Sports Center. We currently offer classes for ages 7-14. These programs are designed to measure and improve the fitness and athleticism of young athletes over a 6-8 week period. **In the event of inclement weather, please plan to arrive at training on time unless you hear otherwise from our staff. We do our best not to cancel sessions because we understand parents plan weekly schedules based on their athletes attending training. If needed, we can always move training inside and adapt our curriculum.
