Step II: Intermediate Training (Ages 10-11)

Here, we build on the basics by refining fundamental skills through consistent reps and focused volleyball drill work. Athletes will elevate their skills through fast-paced exercises and competitive challenges, that focus on decision-making, teamwork, and athletic growth.

This class is ideal for developing athletes ages 10 to 13 who are looking to sharpen key volleyball fundamentals and progress toward game-ready performance.

A focused, upbeat, fun environment centered around high-repetition drills that blend skill development with competition. Through situational drills, and teamwork-based activities, athletes will learn how to play smarter, faster, and stronger – all while having fun and growing their love for the game.
