Our functional fitness program is a once per week class designed to help children, ages 7-10, develop proper fitness techniques by simulating movements commonly used in sports and general fitness settings.Movements such as squatting, pushing, and pulling will be integrated in each session with a focus on making fitness fun and exciting!
