JR. ROOKIE ACADEMY (FRI)

Training class size: 20-24 athletes
Our Jr. Rookie curriculum is designed for children ages 7-9 who are new to basketball or have played on a recreational team previously and would benefit from additional training.
Your athlete will develop, and improve while working and training with an experienced coaching staff. Each athlete will develop new skills and improve their playing ability through drill work and consistent repetition on the fundamental skills of the game of basketball.
Areas of Focus: Footwork, Ball control, Defensive positioning, Proper shooting mechanics
