What You Will Learn

Program Description

Our functional fitness program is a once per week class designed to help children, ages 7-10, develop proper fitness techniques by simulating movements commonly used in sports and general fitness settings.

What to Expect

Movements such as squatting, pushing, and pulling will be integrated in each session with a focus on making fitness fun and exciting!

Kwame Cavil

Specialty: Strength & Conditioning

We are thrilled to announce Kwame Cavil as our head coach for strength and conditioning classes at the Round Rock Sports Center. Coach Cavil played D1 collegiate football at the University of Texas at Austin and was awarded Outstanding Wide Receiver, MVP-Offense, First Team All-Conference, and more during his career. He then went on to play in the NFL, NFLEU and CFL. Most recently, Coach Cavil has discovered his passion for training and mentoring young athletes through his coaching career in high school level athletics and his current personal training business. His goal is to equip youth with the knowledge needed to build a strong foundation for an ultimately successful athlete! Coach Cavil is excited to join the RRSC team and looks forward to training with all of you!
