Program Description
If you are looking to build a strong foundation of volleyball fundamentals, this is the academy for your athlete.
Designed For
Our Intro to Volleyball curriculum is designed for beginner athletes ages 8-10 who are new to volleyball and seek additional training. We recommend this class as a prerequisite to the Intermediate Volleyball Training Class.
What To Expect
Your athlete will develop, improve, and advance while working and training with experienced coaching staff. Each athlete will develop new skills and improve their playing ability through drill work along with small-sided scrimmages to help players better understand the concepts that they are taught each week.
