Our Strength and Conditioning programs take place on the turf field underneath our Pavilion at the Round Rock Sports Center. We currently offer classes for ages 7-14. These programs are designed to measure and improve fitness and athleticism of young athletes over a 6-8 week period. **In the event of inclement weather, please plan to arrive to training on time unless you hear otherwise from our staff. We do our best not to cancel sessions because we understand parents plan weekly schedules based on their athlete attending training. If needed, we can always move training inside and adapt our curriculum.
meet our Coach: Kwame Cavil
SPECIALTY: STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
We are thrilled to announce Kwame Cavil as our head Coach for strength and conditioning classes at the Round Rock Sports Center. Coach Cavil played D1 collegiate football at the University of Texas at Austin and was awarded Outstanding Wide Receiver, MVP-Offense, First Team All-Conference, and more during his career. He then went on to play in the NFL, NFLEU and CFL. Most recently, Coach Cavil has discovered his passion for training and mentoring young athletes through his coaching career in high school level athletics and current personal training business. His goal is to equip youth with the knowledge needed to build a strong foundation for an ultimately successful athlete! Coach Cavil is excited to join the RRSC team and looks forward to training with all of you!
