Strength and Conditioning

The Strength and Conditioning Program takes place in the Pavilion at the Round Rock Sports Center, and we currently offer classes for ages 8-16. These programs are designed to measure and improve performance of athletes over a 8-10 week period.   • Strength & Conditioning - Winter 2019

    Strength & Conditioning: 8-12 Years Old (Jan. 14 - Mar. 11) (Class Full)

    Strength & Conditioning (8-12 years old) ($160)
    Mondays; January 14 – March 11; 5:30-6:30pm

    The Round Rock Sports Center is pleased to offer Strength & Conditioning programs for young athletes, ages 8-12.

    Areas of focus include:
    -Reaction Times
    -Sprint Times
    -Lateral Quickness
    -Muscle Endurance

    This program is available to young athletes ages 8-12 and will focus on introducing kids to proper running form along with speed and agility drills designed for younger athletes to improve reaction times and overall quickness. Classes will be held outside, proper attire for the elements is highly recommended. If class should be canceled for inclement weather, you will be informed of the cancellation and a make up class will be scheduled.

    All sales are final and refunds will not be given.

    Wednesdays; January 16 – March 13; 5:30-6:30pm

    The Round Rock Sports Center is pleased to offer Strength & Conditioning programs for young athletes, ages 12-16.

    Areas of focus include:

    -Increasing Explosion
    -Sprint Times
    -Lateral Quickness
    -Muscle Endurance

    This program is available to young athletes ages 12-16 and will focus on speed and agility training but will also add a strength building component to help increase explosion, decrease sprint times, and build overall athleticism in participants. Classes will be held outside, proper attire for the elements is highly recommended. If class should be canceled for inclement weather, you will be informed of the cancellation and a make up class will be scheduled.
