Our Strength and Conditioning programs take place on the turf field underneath our Pavilion at the Round Rock Sports Center. We currently offer classes for ages 7-14. These programs are designed to measure and improve fitness and athleticism of children and young athletes over a 8-10 week period. meet our Coach: Ray Wright
SPECIALTY: STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Coach Ray Wright joined the Round Rock Sports Center in June 2020. Before joining the Sports Center team, Coach Ray coached professionally in the National Football League (NFL) for 18 years with the San Francisco 49ers, Washington (formally Redskins), and Houston Texans. Although coaching in the NFL was exciting to Coach Ray, he found a hidden passion in training and coaching youth. Coach Ray’s mission is to train the entire person – mentally, physically and emotionally. Coach Ray’s extensive history allows him to train the “whole” body to increase speed, agility and strength. meet our Coach: Kennedy Green
SPECIALTY: STRENGTH & Speed
As the daughter of a 12 year NFL veteran, Kennedy has always had a passion for sports and fitness. Going on to become a collegiate track and field athlete, she became a 2-time NCAA All-American in both the 60m and 100m dashes, which along the way equipped her with the immense knowledge of how to maximize technique, speed, and strength, as well as what it takes to truly become a well-rounded athlete. Wanting to continue to help others become the best athlete they can be, Kennedy went on to obtain her NASM-Certified Personal Training designation along with a Performance Enhancement Specialization and Speed, Agility, and Quickness Certification. Her goal is to equip youth with the knowledge needed to build a strong foundation for an ultimately successful athlete!
