Wednesdays;  March 24 – May 25, 5:30-6:30pm (9 sessions)

Gamedays: April 16, April 30, May 145; 6:00-7:30pm

Your athlete will develop, improve, and advance while working and training with experienced coaching staff. Each athlete will develop new skills and improve their playing ability through drill work along with small-sided scrimmages to help players better understand the concepts that they are taught each week. This program has a max of 10 athletes.

Our Developmental Training curriculum is is designed for young athletes who are capable of performing basic basketball skills (dribbling, shooting, passing) with little-to-no hesitation or trouble.  Generally, these are young athletes with several years of Recreational playing experience or are new to Select or School teams that play competitively.  This program will refine and improve skills with the end goal of preparing the participants for Select or School team tryouts/seasons after a couple of seasons in the program.

The Developmental Training curriculum includes ‘Game Days’. Over three Fridays, athletes will arrive at the Sports Center to participate in full-court games. These contests will help kids better apply the skills they have developed, compete in a team setting and equip each athlete with a more thorough understanding of a game-day environment.

Participants will be evaluated during the first class and then split into skill & age-appropriate training groups to maximize effectiveness.  Coaches may also recommend that your child move to a different class if it is a better fit for the participant.
