- 14 minute halves, regulation clock (Youth divisions 6th-8th grade)
- Pool play with all teams advancing to single-elimination bracket play
- Up to 5 games played during the shoot-out

Divisions
- NBA – Mainly rising seniors (2020) and unsigned seniors (2019), top rising juniors (2021)
- NCAA – Mainly rising juniors (2021) and top rising sophomores (2022)
- NIT – Mainly rising sophomores (2022) and top rising freshman (2023)
- 8th – Current 8th grade players during 2018-2019 school year
- 7th – Current 7th grade players during 2018-2019 school year
- 6th – Current 6th grade players during 2018-2019 school year
Game Details
- Game schedules will posted by the end of the day on Monday, June 17th
- Home team is listed first/top of bracket in APP and will wear white/light colored uniforms
- Away team is listed second/bottom of bracket in APP and will wear dark colored uniforms
- Each team must bring own warm-up balls
- Home team supplies game ball

Great American Shoot-Outs are STAY-To-PLAY events. Teams traveling from outside of the event area must use GASO approved hotels.
