Our Intro curriculum is designed for athletes ages 8-10 who are new to volleyball and would benefit from additional training. Your athlete will develop, improve, and advance while working and training with experienced coaching staff. Each athlete will develop new skills and improve their playing ability through drill work along with small-sided scrimmages to help players better understand the concepts that they are taught each week.
