LEARN TO TRAIN
Tuesdays & Thursdays; January 10 – February 23, 6:30 – 7:30pm

Our Learn to Train program is twice-per-week training that involves a wide range of exercises developed to focus on a young athlete’s stability, strength, endurance, speed, mobility, agility, and performance.
Participants will learn proper fitness, weightlifting, and running techniques that will build proper muscle memory, thus increasing their overall athleticism. General nutrition information will be incorporated into the program to educate participants on foods that can help in muscle building, muscle recovery, and overall health.
