RECOMMENDED AGE: 8-16 years old
TIME: Mondays, 5:30pm-7: 30 pm (June 5 – July 31)
The Round Rock Sports Center is pleased to offer Strength & Conditioning programs for young athletes, ages 8-12.
Areas of focus include:
This program is available to young athletes ages 8-12 and will focus on introducing kids to proper running form along with speed and agility drills designed for younger athletes to improve reaction times and overall quickness. Classes will be held outside, proper attire for the elements is highly recommended. If a class should be canceled for inclement weather, you will be informed of the cancellation and a make-up class will be scheduled.
All sales are final and refunds will not be given.
