Introducing our Agile Athletes Strength and Conditioning Program taught by Olympian Shane Brathwaite at the Round Rock Sports Center Outdoor Pavilion!

We are thrilled to announce the newest member of our team: Olympian Shane Brathwaite! Coach Brathwaite has dedicated himself to the pursuit of excellence on the track with over a decade of experience as a professional track & field athlete. He is a 2X Olympian, 4X World Championship Finalist, 2X Common Wealth Games Medalist, 2X Pan American Games Medalist, World Youth Championship Gold Medalist and NCAA All-American. Coach Brathwaite now aims to help young athletes unlock their full potential by instilling a mindset of resilience and determination. He is super excited to join the RRSC team and share his passion, knowledge, and experience with the new generation of athletes, shaping them into champions of tomorrow.

Agile Athletes is an extension of our Strength & Conditioning Training Academy that aims to develop proper fitness techniques, by simulating movements commonly used in sports and general fitness settings. This class consists of trainings twice-a-week.

What to Expect

Athletes will undergo a balanced blend of dynamic exercises and targeted strength training designed to enhance agility while also building up strength and endurance. Emphasizing first-step movements, running mechanics, and proper form technique, this initiative aims to empower each athlete with increased fundamental techniques to utilize in their specific sports.
