Step II: Intermediate Training (Ages 8-13)

Here, we build on the basics by refining fundamental skills through consistent reps and focused drill work. Athletes will elevate their skills through fast-paced exercises and competitive challenges, that focus on decision-making, teamwork, and athletic growth.

Designed for developing basketball players with 1 to 2 seasons of recreational basketball experience.
