What You’ll Learn

Program Description

Our functional fitness program is a once per week class designed to help children develop proper fitness techniques by simulating movements commonly used in sports and general fitness settings.

Ages 7-10 year of age

What To Expect

Movements such as squatting, pushing, and pulling will be integrated into each session with a focus on making fitness fun and exciting!
