What You’ll Learn

Program Description

Our Learn to Train program is once-per-week training that involves a wide range of exercises developed to focus on a young athlete’s stability, strength, endurance, speed, mobility, agility, and performance.

Designed for

Designed for young athletes ages 11-14.

What to Expect

Participants will learn proper fitness, weightlifting, and running techniques that will build proper muscle memory, thus increasing their overall athleticism. Strength and Conditioning training focuses on enhancing general health and fitness, improving performance, injury prevention, and increased muscle mass and metabolism.
