Volleyball Training – One on One

Our private session is tailored to the athletes’ specific goals on the court. We run athletes through a series of progression-based drills aimed at improving specific skill-sets. We break down fundamentals, implement visualization techniques, and discuss game strategy with our athletes. Available to both girls and boys of any club or school.
